Work Ethic, Quality of Care & Character
Cynthia Wenz, CEO of The Source for Women, received a call at 6:00 a.m. one morning that all power, phones and computers were down at their Spring Branch location on a day when they had a full schedule of patients and medical volunteers. If they had to cancel those appointments, the many women who were waiting for medical care would have to wait another week to get it.
Cynthia immediately called Doug Reed at BEMA IT, a connection she had made through The Get Together. BEMA had a technician at The Source by 6:45 a.m. who not only used his expertise, but also his contacts with Centerpoint and their phone service provider to get everything up and running long before the first patient arrived.
“The work ethic, quality of care and character of each BEMA IT employee has surpassed my expectations and blessed our organization beyond measure. Expertise, skill, care and character is a given standard for many of the referrals we receive from The Get Together.” Cynthia Wenz, CEO, The Source for Women.
BEMA IT now provides IT services for The Source for Women at a significant savings every month.
“At the end of the day, what a great feeling to know that we have not just worked hard, but have taken an active role in impacting people’s lives. This is why we love The Get Together as their mission is to partner business people with ministries so as to further the Kingdom of God. We encourage other businesses to pick a ministry and form a partnership. Very rewarding.” – Doug Reed, VP & COO, BEMA IT
