Melissa Rotholz Designs Mission of Yahweh Mentoring Program

MOY Mentoring

GTNW Board Member, Amy Newball at MOY’s Mentor/Mentee Meet & Greet

When Melissa Rotholz, a professional in human resource development attended her first Get Together NW Luncheon, she saw immediately that one ministry could use her skills and expertise. The Mission of Yahweh, a ministry that provides shelter for women and children, needed a mentoring program. After a visit to the Mission, she became determined to use the skills she had used professionally to design and implement that program.

Under Melissa’s leadership, volunteers were recruited and trained and the program was up and running with it’s first group of volunteer mentors in October.

Melissa said, “My involvement … is 100% God driven. He puts me where I need to be and I do my best to help wherever He sends me.  The Get Together NW is an incredible resource and partner in this walk of faith.”

To learn more about being a mentor to a woman at Mission of Yahweh, attend their Mentor Program Interest Session on January 6, 6:00 p.m., at Mission of Yahweh. Details here.
